Mitotane (Lsodren)是DDD的同分异构体与DDT衍生物，具有抗肾上腺皮质癌活性；其肾上腺溶解作用至少部分通过细胞内游离胆固醇蓄积引发的脂毒性实现，并能直接作用于促肾上腺皮质激素细胞，同时可通过类固醇及外源性受体激活诱导CYP3A4基因表达，存在药物间相互作用。
