bpV(phen)是一种具有胰岛素模拟活性的有效蛋白酪氨酸磷酸酶（PTP）和PTEN抑制剂，对PTEN、PTP-β和PTP-1B的IC50值分别为38nM、343nM和920nM。该化合物在体外可抑制利什曼原虫增殖，并具有免疫调节（诱导Th1型细胞因子分泌）、促凋亡、抗血管生成和抗肿瘤等多种药理活性。
