Cyclamic acid （Cyclamate）是一种常用甜味剂,其钠盐即环酰酸钠。体外研究表明,环酰酸钠对大鼠膀胱器官可造成局灶性坏死,并具有促进膀胱癌的作用,但也有研究认为低剂量下并无致癌性。此外,它对精氨酸诱导的胰岛素和胰高血糖素分泌无影响。在成骨细胞实验中,环酰酸钠表现出细胞毒性,可抑制细胞增殖、诱导细胞凋亡并降低细胞矿化能力。
