Proxyphylline (Monophylline, Spasmolysin)，又称羟丙茶碱，是甲基黄嘌呤衍生物，是A1腺苷受体(A1 adenosine receptor)的拮抗剂，是支气管扩张剂，可用于治疗支气管哮喘、喘息性支气管炎等。
