cGAMP (3',3'-cyclic GMP-AMP, Cyclic GMP-AMP, c GAMP) cGAMP可上调细胞骨髓中的血清抗PA、IgA和IgA水平，也可促进白细胞介素-1 (IL1)，白细胞介素-6 (IL6)或肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)的基因的转录水平，激活内质网(ER)内源性受体STING，诱导抗病毒状态和I型IFN的分泌。
