Flow cytometric analysis of HSPA14 expression in HAP-1 cells using HSPA14 antibody . Green, isotype control; red, HSPA14.

Western blotting analysis using HSPA14 antibody . Total cell lysates (20 μg) from various cell lines were loaded and separated by SDS-PAGE. The blot was incubated with HSPA14 antibody and HRP-conjugated goat anti-rabbit secondary antibody respectively. Image was developed using NaQ™ ECL Substrate Kit .

Western blotting analysis using HSPA14 antibody . HSPA14 expression in wild-type (WT) and HSPA14 shRNA knockdown (KD) HSHC cells with 20 μg of total cell lysates. Hsp90 α serves as a loading control. Validation of HSPA14 knockdown using flow cytometry. Wild-type(WT, Blue) and knockdown(KD, Green) HSHC cells were stained with HSPA14 antibody and analyzed using BD flow cytometer.
