Flow cytometric analysis of leucine aminopeptidase 3 expression in HAP-1 cells using Leucine aminopeptidase 3 antibody . Green, isotype control; red, leucine aminopeptidase 3.

Validation of Leucine aminopeptidase 3 knockdown using flow cytometry. Wild-type(WT, Blue) and knockdown(KD, Green) HeLa cells were stained with Leucine aminopeptidase 3 antibody and analyzed using BD flow cytometer.
