Flt3 配体，也称为 FL，是一种α-螺旋细胞因子，可促进多种造血细胞谱系的分化。通过激活 FLT3 刺激早期造血细胞的增殖。与许多其他集落刺激因子和白细胞介素有很好的协同作用。
