Abstract

CTBP1‐driven CETP activation orchestrates lipid accumulation to suppress MAPK‐dependent ferroptosis in non‐small cell lung cancer. Repurposing the clinical‐stage CETP inhibitor obicetrapib successfully overcomes this resistance in NSCLC patient‐derived organoids, highlighting a promising translational therapeutic strategy.
