Ticlopidine hydrochloride (Ticlopidine HCl)，也称盐酸噻氯匹定或盐酸噻氯吡啶，是P2受体抑制剂，通过阻断ADP受体改变血小板膜的功能，进而抑制血小板聚集，是一种抗血小板聚集药，临床上多用于因血小板高聚集状态引起的心脑及其它动脉的循环障碍性疾病。
