Amikacin hydrate(BAY 41-6551)是一种半合成氨基糖苷类抗生素，为卡那霉素的衍生物。它通过作用于细菌的30S和50S核糖体亚基抑制蛋白质合成，从而发挥杀菌作用，对大多数革兰氏阴性菌（包括对庆大霉素和妥布霉素耐药的菌株）以及诺卡氏菌和非结核分枝杆菌均具有高度活性。
