Acebutolol hydrochloride (Acebutolol HCl)，又称盐酸醋丁洛尔或盐酸醋丁酰心安，是具有口服活性的β-肾上腺素能受体拮抗剂，具有内在拟交感活性和膜稳定作用，临床上常用于治疗用于治疗高血压、心绞痛和心律失常。
