Nebivolol hydrochloride (R-65824 hydrochloride, Nebivolol HCl)，又称盐酸奈必洛尔，是可口服的β1肾上腺素受体拮抗剂，IC₅₀为0.8 nM，还具有血管扩张剂特性，临床上已被证明具有抗高血压和抗缺血作用。
