Tranylcypromine (2-PCPA, SKF-385) hydrochloride，又称反苯环丙胺盐酸盐，由苯丙胺侧链环化形成的丙胺，是一种非选择性的不可逆的单胺氧化酶(MAO)抑制剂，作用于MAO-A/B的IC₅₀为2.3 μM和0.95 μM，可用于治疗抑郁症。
