Canertinib (CI-1033, PD183805)，又称卡奈替尼，是可口服、不可逆的ErbB抑制剂，通过不可逆地结合ErbB家族中TK结构域的ATP口袋发挥作用，作用于EGFR和ErbB2的IC₅₀值为7.4 nM和9 nM，具有潜在抗癌活性。
