Lapatinib ditosylate (GW572016 ditosylate, GW2016 ditosylate)，又称二甲苯磺酸拉帕替尼、二对甲苯磺酸拉帕替尼或拉帕替尼泊，是ATP竞争性的EGFR和ErbB2抑制剂，IC₅₀为10.8 nM和9.2 nM，具有潜在抗癌活性，能抑制肿瘤细胞的生长。
