Amitriptyline hydrochloride，又称盐酸阿米替林和盐酸阿密替林，为三环类抗抑郁药，镇静作用较强，临床上主要用于治疗焦虑性或激动性抑郁症，可以抑制血清素再摄取转运体(SERT)和去甲肾上腺素再摄取转运体(NET)，K_i为3.45 nM和13.3 nM。
