cis-(Z)-Flupentixol dihydrochloride (cis-(Z)-Flupenthixol dihydrochloride)，又称盐酸氟哌噻吨或顺式-(Z)-氟哌噻吨二盐酸盐，是非典型抗精神病药物氟哌噻吨的盐酸盐形式，为硫杂蒽类衍生物，是多巴胺D₁/D₂受体的拮抗剂，作用于D₂受体K_i值分别为0.38 nM，临床上可用于治疗急、慢性精神分裂症。
