Bortezomib (PS-341, LDP-341, NSC 681239, PS341, LDP341, NSC681239, Velcade)，又称硼替佐米或保特佐米，一种硼酸二肽，是可逆的26S蛋白酶体选择性抑制剂，通过靶向苏氨酸残基有效抑制20S蛋白酶体，导致蛋白无法降解而累积，进而诱导细胞凋亡，具有抗癌活性，临床上是用于治疗多发性骨髓瘤。
