Dabigatran etexilate mesylate，又称甲磺酸达比加群酯，是可口服的凝血酶抑制剂，是一种抗凝药，通过竞争结合凝血酶的纤维蛋白特异结合位点，阻碍纤维蛋白生成，从而抑制血栓的形成。
