Entacapone（恩他卡朋；OR611）是一种儿茶酚-O-甲基转移酶抑制剂（COMT抑制剂，肝脏IC₅₀=151 nM）。Entacapone对小鼠肝脏总COMT抑制的IC₅₀和Ki值分别为20.1 nM和10.7 nM。同时，Entacapone抑制FTO demethylation活性(IC₅₀=3.5 μM)，可用作代谢紊乱研究的工具化合物。
