Istradefylline (KW-6002, KW6002)，又称伊曲茶碱，是腺苷A2A受体(A2AR)选择性拮抗剂，Ki为2.2 nM，是抗帕金森药物，多与含左旋多巴的药品联合使用，改善帕金森患者的运动机能，延长左旋多巴作用时间。
