Mitoxantrone (Mitozantrone) 米托蒽醌是一种具有抗肿瘤活性的蒽二酮类抗生素，也是拓扑异构酶II抑制剂（topoisomerase II抑制剂），可插入DNA并使其交联，从而破坏DNA和RNA的复制，也可以与拓扑异构酶II结合，导致DNA链断裂和DNA修复抑制，还可抑制蛋白激酶C (PKC)。
