Anti-CD28 & PSMA Reference Antibody (Nezastomig) on SDS-PAGE under reducing (R) condition. The purity of the protein is greater than 90%.

The purity of Anti-CD28 & PSMA Reference Antibody (Nezastomig) is more than 99.37%, determined by SEC-HPLC.

Nezastomig bound to CD28 protein, and then rebounded to secondary antibodies(Anti-human-IgG-Fc-HRP) , and read OD450. As shown in fig, Nezastomig bound to huCD28-His, and the EC50 was 0.328 nM.

Nezastomig bound to PSMA protein, and then rebounded to secondary antibodies(Anti-human-κ+λ-HRP) , and read OD450. As shown in fig, Nezastomig bound to hu-PSMA-Fc, and the EC50 was 0.071 nM.

Nezastomig bound to hu CD28-FL-CHO cells, and then rebounded to fluorescent secondary antibodies(Anti-human IgG, Fcγ PE) , and test by flow cytometry. As shown in fig, Nezastomig bound to hu CD28-FL-CHO cells, and the EC50 was 7.575 nM.

Nezastomig bound to hu-PSMA-FL-CHO cells, and then rebounded to fluorescent secondary antibodies(Anti-human IgG, Fcγ PE) , and test by flow cytometry. As shown in fig, Nezastomig bound to hu-PSMA-FL-CHO cells, and the EC50 was 4.252 nM.
