Zalutumumab 是一种高亲和力的纯人类 IgG1 单克隆抗体，靶向 EGFR。Zalutumumab 与表皮生长因子受体的结构域 III 结合，通过阻断表皮生长因子的结合和干扰受体的活性构象发挥作用。Zalutumumab 与 IgG 及其 Fab 区段的 EC50 值分别为 7 和 19 nM。Zalutumumab 可用于癌症的研究。

Anti-ERBB1 / EGFR / HER1 Reference Antibody (zalutumumab) on SDS-PAGE under reducing (R) condition. The purity of the protein is greater than 95%.

The purity of Anti-ERBB1 / EGFR / HER1 Reference Antibody (zalutumumab) is more than 95%, determined by SEC-HPLC.

Immobilized human EGFR His at 2 ug/mL can bind Anti-ERBB1 / EGFR / HER1 Reference Antibody (zalutumumab), EC50=0.01018 ug/mL.

Human EGFR CHO-K cells were stained with Anti-ERBB1 / EGFR / HER1 Reference Antibody (zalutumumab) and negative control protein respectively, washed and then followed by PE and analyzed with FACS, EC50=0.2043 ug/mL.

存储条件
-80°C for 2 years under sterile conditions；-20°C for 1 year under sterile conditions；Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
