Geldanamycin (NSC 122750, NSC122750)，又称格尔德霉素，是来源于潮湿链霉菌的含苯醌结构的化合物，属于苯醌安莎类抗生素，是Hsp90的特异性抑制剂，K_d为1.2 μM，通过与Hsp90 N末端结构域的ATP结合位点结合，破坏糖皮质激素受体GR/HSP结合，具有抗虫、抗菌和抗癌的活性。此外，Geldanamycin在体内也能抑制多种病毒的复制。
