Colivelin (CLN)是一种具有大脑通透性的神经保护肽和STAT3激活剂，在神经退行性疾病中表现出抗Aβ沉积、神经元凋亡和突触可塑性缺陷的作用。Colivelin可以通过激活JAK/STAT3信号来挽救缺血性神经元死亡和轴突重塑。
