PD 169316 (PD169316)是一种细胞可渗透的p38 MAP kinase选择性抑制剂,IC50值为89 nM,可抑制TGFβ和Activin A信号传导,但不影响BMP4信号转导。PD169316对Enterovirus71具有抗病毒活性。PD169316剂量依赖性的抑制TGFβ诱导的Smad2磷酸化和核转位,进而促进TGF-β靶基因的表达。此外,PD 169316还具有潜在的抗病毒和神经保护作用。
