FH1 (FH-1, BRD-K4477, BRDK4477, NSC 12407, NSC12407)是一种能增强肝细胞功能的小分子，功能单一，有助于开发新的肝病疗法。FH1也能促进多能干(iPS)衍生的肝细胞向更成熟的表型分化。FH1也能提高CYP3A4水平，抑制AFP的分泌。
