CD3ε(CD3E)是T细胞表面的I型跨膜糖蛋白,含有一个免疫球蛋白样结构域和一个ITAM结构域。它与CD3γ、CD3δ、CD3ζ及T细胞受体共同组成TCR-CD3复合物,在抗原识别信号转导中起关键作用。编码ε、γ、δ的基因位于11号染色体同一基因簇中。CD3E对T细胞发育至关重要,其缺陷可导致严重免疫缺陷,并与女性1型糖尿病易感性相关。
在体外实验中,为实现T细胞的充分激活、增殖和分化,通常将OKT3与抗CD28抗体联用,分别提供第一信号和第二信号,拟体内T细胞激活的生理条件。

The purity of Anti- Human CD3E,(OKT3)In Vivo Mab is 99%,determined by SEC-HPLC.
Human CD3E-expressing Jurkat cells were stained with Anti- Human CD3E,(OKT3)In Vivo Mab, with isotype and secondary-only controls. Flow analysis showed specific binding of the antibody, with an EC50 of 0.353 nM.

Human CD3E-expressing Jurkat cells were stained with Anti- Human CD3E,(OKT3)In Vivo Mab. Compared to the isotype control and secondary-only control, a CD3E-positive population is apparent.
Upon receipt, store immediately at -20℃ or lower for 2 years. Store aliquots at -80°C for up to 3 months. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
