RFWD3 is an E3 ubiquitin ligase belonging to the Cullin-RING ligase (CRL) family, which plays an important role in DNA damage repair, cell cycle regulation, p53 stability and tumorigenesis. E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase required for the repair of DNA interstrand cross-links (ICL) in response to DNA damage.
