GAL4-Luc萤光素酶报告基因（报告基因质粒）（GAL4 luciferase reporter plasmid）是翌圣生物自主研发的用于检测GAL4转录活性水平为目的的报告基因。GAL4是酵母（Saccharomyces cerevisiae）转录激活蛋白Gal4的基因，是酵母半乳糖的代谢相关基因，GAL4/UAS系统被用于基因表达研究的一个有效工具。

GAL4报告基因主要用于检测蛋白质相互作用的酵母双杂交系统，以及在其基础上发展出来的用于检测Protein-DNA相互作用的酵母单杂交系统和酵母三杂交系统。

pGAL4-Luc是翌圣生物改造后的哺乳动物真核表达载体，在其多克隆位点插入了多个GAL4结合位点，可以高灵敏度地检测GAL4的激活水平。同时，对载体中预测出的其它转录因子以外的结合位点进行了适当的突变，在保持原有功能不变的情况下，增加了质粒的转录因子结合特异性。由于质粒体积减小，使得GAL4报告基因质粒更易于转染。

使用说明

 

1）pGAL4-Luc可以采用常规转染方法转染哺乳动物细胞。用萤光素酶检测试剂盒或双萤光素酶检测试剂盒进行检测；

2）首次使用1 µg包装的本产品时，请先取少量本质粒转化大肠杆菌，进行质粒小量、中量或大量抽提后再用于后续用途。抽提获得的质粒可以通过酶切电泳进行鉴定，或通过测序进行鉴定。
