格列喹酮是一种通过与胰腺β细胞结合促进胰岛素释放以调节血糖的降糖药;新研究发现其还具有抗炎、抗癌和抗氧化等多重药理活性:可抑制小胶质细胞中LPS诱导的ERK/STAT3/NF-κB磷酸化及促炎因子释放,并在肺癌细胞中显示出抗癌潜力,因此可用于2型糖尿病及其并发症、癌症等疾病的研究。
