Danirixin (GSK1325756, GSK-1325756)，二芳基脲类化合物，是可逆的CXCR2选择性抑制剂，CXCL8的竞争性拮抗剂，是潜在的抗炎药物。CXCR2是中性粒细胞向炎症部位趋化的关键受体。Danirixin会阻断疾病状态（例如肺部疾病）中增加的嗜中性粒细胞响应炎症的的趋化性。
