(-)-Indolactam V（吲哚内酰胺V；IndolactamV）是PKC激活剂，具有抗肿瘤活性，其对η-CRD2、γ-CRD2的Ki值分别为3.36 nM、1.03 μM，对PKC C1A和C1B结构域的η-C1B、ε-C1B、δ-C1B、β-C1A-long、α-C1A-long、β-C1B、γ-C1A的Kd值分别为5.5 nM、7.7 nM、8.3 nM、18.9 nM、20.8 nM、137 nM、138 nM。
