生长分化因子15（GDF-15）是一种多肽激素，属于转化生长因子β（TGF-β）超家族。GDF-15在胎盘中高度表达，在肾脏、胰腺、前列腺和结肠中表达水平较低。与其他TGF-β家族蛋白类似，GDF-15被合成为一种大型前体蛋白，在二元切割位点（RXXR）被切割以释放羧基末端结构域。GDF-15在生理学和病理学方面具有广泛的生物学功能，特别是在衰老、癌症和代谢过程中。
