Belinostat (PXD101, NSC726630, PX105684)，又称贝利司他，是羟肟酸型HDAC抑制剂，IC₅₀值为27 nM，在癌细胞中能增加组蛋白H3和H4的乙酰化，表现出细胞毒性效应，有抗癌功效，可用于治疗复发性或难治性外周T细胞淋巴瘤。
